Developer OceanLand and architecture firm AM Studio have recently launched sales on Sixth&Rio, a new luxury condominium building situated along downtown Fort Lauderdale’s New River. The building’s soft curves and glassy facade conceals 100 one- through three-bedroom homes with individual balconies, and prices between $900,000 to more than $2.5 million.
The building’s design is centered on being environmentally responsive to its surroundings, embracing natural light, energy-conserving systems, neutral color palettes, and framing views of the nearby Smoker Family Park. A rooftop infinity pool with cabanas, fitness center, tropical outdoor lounge, and resident’s club room, are among the development’s amenity offerings. Completion is slated for early 2025.

Closings have commenced at The Bellemont on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, with its crowning penthouse being the first residence to close for a record $67.8 million. Designed by Robert A.M.
Stern Architects with interiors by Achille Salvagni, the fully sold boutique condominium is nearly complete and is now open to residents after launching sales in the fall of 2021.
Duplex Penthouses C and D sold in a combo deal and broke the neighborhood’s record for highest price per square foot, at over $4,000. The impressive quadruplex provides more than 13,000 square feet with an astounding 11 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and seven terraces.

Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana has partnered with JDS Development’s Michael Stern to brand a supertall condominium tower in Miami. Per The Real Deal, the collaboration is likely to bring branded residences to JDS’ 888 Brickell project, which was previously expected to be Major Food Group tower. The development could see a 90-story, 259-unit condominium tower rise, making it one of Miami’s tallest residential towers. Dolce & Gabbana announced plans for two residential developments, including the Miami project with Stern’s JDS Development Group, and one in Marbella, Spain with Sierra Blanca Estates. It also plans a hotel in the Maldives with DarGlobal.

Dezer Development and the Related Group are partnering with a luxury hotel operator to launch Rosewood Residences in South Florida’s Hillsboro Beach enclave, The Real Deal reports.
The development will feature 92 residences, including 70 condominiums housed in a 10-story oceanfront building, along with a three-story building that gives way to 22 villas on the Intracoastal Waterway. Per a press release, there will be six oceanfront penthouses and seven penthouses along the Intracoastal, ranging from 2,800 square feet to 6,400 square feet, with prices starting around $4 million in the Intracoastal building and $5 million in the beachfront building. Construction is expected to wrap up in 2026.
